It was 2 weeks since Dr. Grace performed her operation on Leona, and she was sitting at her desk, in the middle of her lunch break. She was sitting down, and taking out a turkey sandwhich that she made at home. She took out a beaker of her special soup, and started to take a few sips and bites of the sandwhich and soup. But, what Dr. Grace didn't tell anyone else was that the soup was made from melted down fat from before.

The night after she tried the fat, she took it home and made it into a spread for her dinner. She tried to grill it, and it actually tasted good. Being confused at how fat could actually taste good, she went onto the internet and browsed Google for a little bit until she found a site called fatbites.com.

"Fatbites.com…" Anna said, clicking onto the page. As she opened the front page, it was a site dedicated to the most unhealthy food ever. Ultra Super Stuffer Chocolate cake, which topped the scale at 1,200 calories was their main screensaver. Anna was disgusted at the site, but instead read an article.

"Fact: Fat in it's pure form is very unhealthy to eat, but non digestable fat isn't unhealthy at all." Anna said, looking over at her fat pot roast. Then, an idea came into her head.

"What if… there was an operation that was the reverse of liposuction. I can be as fat as I want without any of the terrible side effects!"

Anna got out her pen and paper, and began drawing and writing diagrams out about her idea. By the end of the night, she had made a plan to her fat surgery, which she called, the Leona Procedure.

Anna, now finishing up her soup and sandwhich, was ready to go and perform the first ever Leona Procedure on a live test subject, herself. Dr. Grace began to walk down to the surgery room, and most of the doctors wished her luck. Others shook their heads. Anna told them that it was a possible cure for anorexia and bolemia, but in truth, it was just for herself.

Anna put on her patient gown, and walked willingly into the surgery room, where 4 doctors and a huge bag of pure fat from factories and patients were waiting.

"Dr. Grace, are you sure that you want to go through with this procedure? I could endanger your life." Asked one doctor, that was taller than the rest.

"What can go wrong?" Dr. Grace asked, sitting down onto the operating table. "Give me some anesthesia and let's get on with it."

The doctors shrugged, then turned on Anna's anesthesia, and told her to count back from 100. The doctors said that she never counted down to 96.
